The Best Creamy Potato Salad
- 2 potatoes, peeled and boiled
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 10g chives, chopped
- ¼ cup Crosse and Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Crosse and Blackwell Salad Cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Chop the potato into medium sized cubes and place into a bowl. Next peel and chop the boiled eggs roughly and add to the potato bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and toss through. 2. Garnish with extra chopped chives and serve.
