Creamed Mayonnaise Spinach with Bacon Bits
- 200g spinach, shredded
- 120g bacon, chopped small and fried
- ¾ cup Crosse and Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Fry the spinach until soft, then drain of any excess water. Place the spinach into a bowl with the bacon bits and the Crosse and Blackwell Tangy Mayonnaise. Mix through until completely combined. 2. Transfer to a small sauce pan and gently heat before serving. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Bake the creamed spinach mixture in the oven with cheese on for something different.
