CREAMY CHICKEN CASSEROLE
- 60ml (4 tablespoons) oil
- 8 chicken thighs
- 1can (410g) KOO CHAKALAKA MILD AND SPICY
- 65ml ( ¼ cup) MRS BALLS ORIGINAL CHUTNEY
- 125ml ( ½ cup) CROSSE & BLACKWELL MAYONNAISE
1. Heat oil in a large saucepan and fry chicken thighs until brown.
2. Add KOO CHAKALAKA and a cup of water add to the chicken.
3. Stir in MRS BALLS CHUTNEY and CROSSE & BLACKWELL TANGY MAYONNAISE.
4. Transfer into an ovenproof dish and cook in oven for 45 minutes, stir and turn the chicken occasionally.
5. Serve warm with rice, garnish with fresh herbs.
