1. Peel the prawns and set aside.
2. Line two glass bowls with fresh lettuce leaves and arrange the prawns on top. 3. To make sauce, put the Crosse & Blackwell Garlic & Herb Mayonnaise into a small bowl and whisk in the lemon juice and tomato sauce. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
4. Drizzle the pink sauce over the prawns and scatter over the snipped chives. Serve chilled.
